Get started with MenuMate

Set up the basics first: your restaurant profile, public menu link, categories, items, and QR menu preview.

Open the dashboard

Sign in to MenuMate and go to Dashboard → Restaurants.

Create your restaurant

Click New restaurant, then add the restaurant name, short description, address, phone number, and logo.

Choose a clear public link

MenuMate creates a public menu page for your restaurant. Use a short, readable slug so the link is easy to share.

Create menu categories

Group your items into simple sections like Starters, Pizza, Burgers, Drinks, and Desserts.

Add menu items

For each item, add a clear name, price, short description, and photo when available.

Set availability

Mark items as available, unavailable, or sold out so customers do not order something you cannot serve.

Preview and share

Open the public menu on your phone, check that everything is readable, then print or share your QR code.

Quick tips

  • Use the same restaurant name and address you use on Google Business Profile.
  • Short item descriptions work best on mobile.
  • Use real food photos when possible; avoid heavy images that slow the menu down.
